Introduction
International Polyurethane Exhibition is one of main activities of China International Industry Fair (“CIIF” for short) and top event of China international equipment manufacturing industry, which is jointly hosted by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, co-organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, and undertaken by Shanghai Jiecheng International Exhibition  Co., Ltd. in Shanghai in November each year. Since foundation in 1999, CIIF has experienced 15 years’ development innovation. Through marketization, professionalism, internationalism and branding operation, CIIF has developed into the international industry brand exhibition with the most influence in Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and passing certification of Union of International Fairs (UFI), being an important window and economic trade and communication platform facing the world in the industrial field.
The polyurethane material topic set in “CIIF” is to implement the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” for the strategic emerging industry, aim at the latest technology of polyurethane material, use new material technologies to improve the industrial manufacturing technology innovation and application level and jointly promote the sustainable and healthy development of polyurethane material industry in China. Meanwhile, it establishes a platform for technology exchange, brand promotion, product/solution docking in the polyurethane material industry.

Exhibition Reasons
◆ Launched in 1999, after 16 sessions’ development, the 17th session of exhibition will be held in National Convention and Exhibition Centre (Shanghai), which is the world famous industrial brand exhibition.
◆ The exhibition area will cover 182,250m2 and even exceed 200,000m2 in 2015.
◆ There are 2,101 exhibitors from 27 countries and regions.
◆ The exhibition accept domestic and foreign audiences of 141,315 person/times, professional audiences and buyers of 121,108 person/times from 83 countries and regions.

Scope of Exhibition
◆ Raw materials for polyurethane: isocyanate, polyether polyol, polyester polyol, other polyol, low oligomer with active hydrogen, foaming agent, catalyst, fire retardant, foam stabilizer and other auxiliaries (solvent, plasticizer, antiager, stabilizer, mould release agent, pigment, filler, etc.);
◆ Polyurethane products (semi-finished products): polyurethane foam (soft/hard), polyurethane elastomer, polyurethane shoe sole stoste, modular solution, polyurethane leather resin, polyurethane elastic fiber (spandex), polyurethane adhesive, polyurethane sealant, polyurethane packaging system, polyureas, polyurethane coating (solvent type polyurethane coating, non-solvent type polyurethane coating, aqueous polyurethane coating, polyurethane painting) and other specific polyurethane products.
◆ Polyurethane equipment: polyurethane high (low) pressure perfusion foaming machine, horizontal continuous foaming machine, spraying foaming machine, sponge cutting machine, regenerated sponge machine.

Concurrent activities
“2016 Shanghai International Polyurethane Summit” will be held concurrently.
Meeting place: USD 3500/40min (for 80 people).
This charge includes: meeting room, projector, bottles of water, check-in desk and attendance book.
 
Special Notes
1. If the exhibitors choose the corner booth, 20% expenses will be charged additionally.
2. Procedures for exhibitor: fill in the application form i.e. contract with the official seal and then mail it or fax it to the organizing committee. The full payment of the exhibition fee or 50% down payment shall be paid to the organizing committee by telegraphic transfer within 5 working days upon mailing or faxing the contract.
3. Distribution rules of booth: "first application, first payment and first arrangement". The participating enterprises shall fax the remittance records to the organizing committee for the verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth in accordance with the “Three First Rule”. The organizing committee can identify the booth for the participating companies only after receiving the fees.
4. In case the participating companies terminate the contract on half-way, the exhibition fee paid for our company will be treated as the penalty.
